prefabricated wooden houses questions - On-site consultation

The local installation team is there to help ensure your site is ready for your A-FOLD house; but there are a few things you could consider in advance. First, consider how accessible your site is, as the delivery will be made by an extremely large truck. If access to the property is limited, we may be able to deliver in ins, but additional coast could be incurred for local storage.

Your site should also have access to 3kW of electric power. However, if not we can supply a generator at an additional cost. Finally, unless you’re intending to be off grid, you should consider how the building connects to your sewer network, water supply and electric grid.
